Aged Services offers support to Deaf seniors who are either living in the community or in Aged Care facilities. Support may involve assistance with:

• ACAT* assessments
• Arranging Home Help
• Co-ordinating transport
• Links with social and sporting activities
• Respite
• Assisting with medicals and hospital appointments

* Aged Care Assessment Teams (ACAT) is an Australian Government Service that helps older people and their carers work out what kind of care will best meet their needs when they are no longer able to manage at home without assistance.
