Deaf Deaf World is a valuable learning resource for professionals, public servants, service providers, health providers, families, educators, students and anyone with an interest in the Deaf community.  The workshop is designed to inform and educate you on the many daily issues facing Deaf and how you can assist in improving their quality of life.  This is not a theory workshop; it is hands-on, practical and fun. 

By conducting a Deaf Deaf World workshop, you will gain a better understanding of

• Communication strategies
• The diversity of Deaf people
• Some basic Auslan signs
• Who’s Who in the Deaf community
• Resources to refer clients, friends and customers to appropriate agencies and services.

The workshop runs for 1 - 2 hours, depending on the requirements of your organisation.
